James Blake isn`t feeling any pressure
The 21-year-old British dubstep-minimalist artist - who released his self titled record on Monday (07.02.11) - thinks he has done the best job he can with his music and is not allowing himself to worry about how it will be received.
He said: "Pressure isn`t real - it just isn`t. I can`t make my album any better now it`s done. My attitude to everything has always been: do the most honest job you can."
James - who was runner up in BBC`s Sound of 2011 poll - loves Stevie Wonder and Sam Cooke but admitted Joni Mitchell is a particular favourite.
He explained to The Scotsman: "Joni Mitchell`s album `Blue` totally destroyed me and then built me back up again. Second year at uni, I listened to it every day for six months. Every diary entry would have read, `Got up, made toast, put on Blue.` But it was music that always stayed in my room - I never listened to it outside. Actually, come to think of it, I never went outside much that year.
